I began my journey as a life coach four years ago, after nearly two decades as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I was inspired by my own experiences and the compassionate support I got along the way. I am passionate about supporting women in building a greater sense of self love, self trust, self worth and self efficacy.
While therapy can address self improvement and growth, there is a greater focus on healing the past and addressing mental health challenges. Coaching is present and future focused through intentional action. Coaching is about helping clients grow from where they are right now, and guiding them toward where they truly want to be.
Through coaching, I help my clients implement real, lasting lifestyle changes. We work together to clarify their vision, break through limiting beliefs, and create practical strategies that align with their unique values. What I love most is seeing women take ownership of their lives and move forward with confidence and clarity.
Coaching is not about getting "fixed". It’s about unlocking potential. It’s about asking the right questions, challenging old narratives, and holding space for personal growth, accountability, and radical self-belief.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is coaching and how is it different from therapy?
Coaching is a collaborative, goal oriented process focused on helping clients identify obstacles, clarify goals, and take actionable steps toward meaningful change. Unlike therapy, which often explores past experiences and emotional healing, coaching is future-focused and centers on personal growth, accountability, and mindset shifts.
What does a coaching session look like?
All coaching sessions are structured yet conversational. In the first session we identify goals, what has worked in the past, possible obstacles and support systems. In following sessions we review progress since the last session, discuss internal and external blockages and discuss strategies. All sessions are virtual.
Is there confidentiality in coaching?
Yes, all information shared in a coaching session is handled with care and discretion.
